Purchased a Subaru Outback from Luke less than 6 months ago July 2022, I initially believed that Luke was polite, helpful and honest but this proved to be incorrect.After taking ownership of the car I noticed an unpleasant noise coming from front near side wheel. I contacted Luke and provided him with a video but he dismissed this as a noise from the air conditioner. I took the car to an independent mechanic who quickly diagnosed a number of problems.These were reported to Luke who was keen for me to visit his mechanic which I did on 3 occasions, His mechanic stated that pads needed to be replaced and Luke was keen for me to pay for this as it was ‘wear and tear’, I reminded him that I had the car for a total of a month at this stage so would not pay and he reluctantly agreed to foot the bill.The pads were then replaced by his mechanic who was happy to ignore the rest of the problems, this was again raised with Luke who was not willing to take ownership so I have since had them remedied at my own cost, these include:Full oil and filter change (wrong oil in car)Exhaust heat shield repair2 x ball joints which required heat to remove as they were so badly seized,Pads and discs replaced again and repair to calliper carrier slides as these were damaged by Luke’s mechanics poor attempt at fixing same.A grand total of £665.20 to date including months of hassle and displeasure of driving car.Folks, I am more than happy to share receipts, texts and any other evidence that confirms that LMC card provides a shockingly bad service to customers

Extremely friendly owner named Luke. Extremely helpful and is a pleasure to deal with. Bought a Nissan Murano off him and he even delivered it to edinburgh for me! Very professional and honest garage. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I spotted lmc motors on autotrader at 9.00am .I had an appointment for 11.30. I bought the excellent vehicle by 12.30 and Luke delivered the vehicle to my home by 3.30pm.This was the best customer service I've had ever. Luke is reliable and honest. Highest recommendation.

Bought a white citroen c4 from LMC cars.. It was a pleasure to deal with luke A professional at his job.. Car was presented shining and clean. Mechanically checked over by lukes mechanic before we collected the car, and a with a warranty. What more could you ask for. Keep up the good work

Bought a car 2 weeks ago from this dealer, never met him before and he did meet us on the side of the road so I was slightly suspicious. After taking the car for a test drive with my husband and deciding we were happy with the car and price we shook hands. After driving 120 miles in 2 weeks we had a major problem and the car needed a whole new exhaust back and front box. My husband rang Luke the dealer yesterday, he collected the car from Newtownards this morning, leaving my husband a car to use in case our car was not ready. He returned the car before my husband finished work and he had the whole exhaust fitted back and front brand spanking new. We are delighted to have dealt with this honourable and very trustworthy GENTLEMAN and will certainly be speaking to him first when we are looking to upgrade. Trustworthy so do not worry.
