This review is long overdue. OUTSTANDING experience with this company.My father passed away unexpectedly in July 2019. My brother lives in the Philippines and I live in the United States so it took us a couple of days to get home. Unfortunately my brother would only be able to stay in England for a week and we had to make all of the arrangements for our dad in a very short time. The day we both arrived we met with Chris at Neville's. My brother and I have never had to plan a funeral before and had no idea where to start. We had just lost the most important and dearest man in our lives and it was just a very difficult time. Chris is a warm, compassionate ultimate professional who quite simply took care of everything. He advised us that the process usually takes 3-4 weeks. After explaining our time constraints Chris had everything arranged within 5 days. This must have taken a herculean effort on his part. The service for our dad was absolutely beautiful. Not one detail was overlooked and the staff were remarkable. I am so impressed with Chris and cannot thank him enough for everything he did. We miss our dad every day but Neville's helped us say goodbye with grace and a lot of love.

Thank you all so much to everyone who works at Neville's. A special mention to Jack, Michelle, Lucy, Rob and James. You were all amazing at such a difficult time of our lives. You have to be a very special person to do your job and each and everyone of you showed nothing but professionalism and empathy. We as a family can't thank you enough. Love the Doran family xx

Nevillle funerals Stopsley recently conducted the funeral of my father in law. Right from calling to inform them my father in law had died, coming to collect him and the funeral. Everyone was so professional and caring to us all. Michelle Carlin was amazing and lovely when we went into the branch to organise the funeral. Thank you to everyone at Nevillle.
