My new favourite lunch spot! The food was delicious with a wide variety of vegetarian options. What a wonderful atmosphere- it feels like visiting someone in their dining room and the owners’ warm hospitality matches the ambiance of the cafe. I’ll be back for custard tarts and coffee!

Really friendly staff, and delicious food! The Feijoada a moda da casa and Vaca Atolada were both really great (particularly with added chilli!) and the Pastel de Nata is better than many that we had in Lisbon!

This is an absolute gem of a place in Reading- we felt right at home, the food was incredible and Evie is just a star. Thank you for such a lovely evening and wonderful conversation- we'll definitely be back soon

Super friendly service, great location, not far from the city centre, we had chicken for lunch and it was delicious. The juice was also super good.

Great Brazilian shop + family restaurant. The feijoada was exactly as I remember in Brazil, home made, and I could feel the love that Ivy (I hope is the right spelling) put in that plate! Something difficult to write in words but that feeling of a mom’s or auntie’s plate that has a special touch. Very good variety of dishes and snacks at a good price, made with Brazilian products. Easy to park in the nearby streets (for free for 2h). No doubt I would go again - I want to try more, and 100% recommend it!

Love this place! I'm not brazilian or portuguese but as a latin american I felt back home! Service is very good, they were kind to us and explained everything. Food is home made and you can feel the love they put into them!Will go back to try some other dishes
