This was my first visit to the new premises and I must say the best thing by far were the 2 ladies who work there , they were both charming and very efficient and a pleasure to deal with plus they managed to entice me into buying some extra glasses.

Rude lady on reception with the long dark hair. Speaks over people.However the optician is a very nice man.The quality of frames is very poor and they keep breaking on their own ....

First visit to new premises. Customer service and customer care has not changed. It is, as always, professional, friendly and helpful. The new premises are super, lots of little extras to improve the overall customer experience. Good selection of frames and lots of good advice from experienced optician.
