Glen has been my personal trainer for some time, prior to lockdown I had an excellent level of fitness, shape and tone. 16 weeks of having to modify my training by improvising at home left me with no muscle tone or motivation.Within a few sessions back with Glen my stamina, my body shape and tone has returned. He pushes me on at every session to enable me to get the very best out of my time with him. He works with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and gives you a programme to develop, improve and reach over and above your goals....I’m a 60yr old woman that enjoys and needs this type of training for my overall look, health and mental well being..Glen ticks all those boxes to deliver a fantastic service.

Glen has a fantastic knowledge of fitness, Is extremely good at improving your technique and form and an all round genuine nice guy. Would thoroughly recommend for people on all stages of their journey in fitness
