I used this vets for my dog to be neutered, he was booked in but on the day, he wad mot well (He decided he liked grass and stones to eat) the operation was postponed for a few days so he wouldn't vomit whilst under anaesthetic. The operation went well, he was well looked after and the after care was also good. I would recommend this vets to anyone.

You get what you pay for, there is a reason it. Is called VALUE VETS, but saying that, the name doesent do it justice. It is a basic vets, but really your after the vets knowledge, not a fancy comfy seat in a waiting room?Very thorough the vet is here, will take time to. Check over everything and help you out with great advice as well.If I had to mark it down for anything and being picky here, I wasn't told that it would cost me additional to clear my dogs anal glands, I had to ask for a proper recipt..... But I am being a awkward git here, it just would of been nice to know first. All round, good vets will take my wonderful dog here again if required.

Wat an amazin team. We brought our dog jere to b neutered,n the level off professionalism, care n love that was shown was next to none.we had to bring our pickles back as she'd started to bleed out,n the love n concern shown was very touching. They had to keep her in over nite n the vet stayed all nite with her, even though he'd already done a days work at the surgery.the vet called us regularly through out the nite to keep is informed.we would highly recommend this vetinary surgery to anyone. Always feel happy taking my cat here, very genuine, caring people and, although it's part of a chain, there's a real personal relationship with both vets and nurses.

Awful vets since Eddie left , won't sign my dogs passport to say she's up to date with her injections. New vet says she doesn't feel confident to do it???? Something fishy.Changing vets asap

No appointments for a week! When my dog fell ill suddenly, I had to take her to emergency vet which cost me £180.00!They could find nothing wrong and condition righted itself. Why are they not fully staffed?

Regular staff who clearly care for your pets, appointments always seem to be available within a couple of days for non-urgent needs. They've cared for all my dogs over the last 15+ years. My current dog actually bounds through the door ready for cuddles.

I am a ecologist and conservationist with specialisms one animal behaviour and have been registered at this vet chain for over a year, my experience is glum to say the least.Where do I start? My new puppy:1 - I was interrogated on the phone by a rather accusatory woman for booking an appointment 2 weeks in advance of me receiving my new puppy. I suppose I should apologise for being organised?2 - she didn’t seem to understand the importance of getting the injections done ASAP in the interest of Socialization (she’s a Jack Russell, notorious for being a bit of a challenge that way). Finally after her checks she made the appointment, which was way out of area for me.3. We turned up to said appointment in 33C heat to be told that she can’t be done for another few days. Why could this not have been communicated on the phone? How is that in the interest of the animal? Or is it because they thought they’d sell me something else whilst I was there I wonder? Then my kitten, registered with them from 8 weeks now over 1 year old.4. My experience with the paid monthly cat club was disorganised. It did not include all worming in my experience. It didn’t include tapeworm, one of the most common worms in cats in my experience.5. When collecting the kitten flea treatments (also the worming treatment - advocate) I was accused of already having the medicine, which they then gave me with a suspicious eye. I sorted my own treatment from then on and still paid the monthly fee.6. After the kitten was neutered, she had a complication (ripped her stitches out). They stapled the wound back together with little care, distressing the cat and undoing all my crate work with her and I was to return the next week for removal. When I arrived at that appointment they said I needed to wait another week - another wasted journey. But they were closed that week and made an appointment at another chain. When I arrived for that appointment, they had no record of my kittens appointment but they removed them anyway, thankfully. In conclusion; It is quite clear this chain does not have your animals best interest or welfare at heart. The worst vet chain I’ve ever experienced and that includes worse than vets 4 pets. If you love your animal, don’t bother with this chain. Find an independent vet that will actually care about your animal! I’ve already found another vet whose response was they can’t wait to meet the puppy and are doing the injections which are in her interest.I also suggest that the phone staff be trained in customer service, so they know when they are talking to somebody who knows more than them about their job.

This vets was recommended to me and I am so disappointed. I rang this morning with a dog with severe breathing difficulties and asked for an emergency appointment. Was told to go to my normal vet, i explained i wasnt happy there and they had come recommended to me. She said we are not taking on new clients. So i asked what do i do then as its an emergency.......her reply was disgusting and heart less.....google it she said! How on earth can you be a vets when someone calls crying needing help and you offer NOTHING. If you cant help me direct at least help me find help....nope cant be bothered!
