My wife bought some items for our sons birthday, however the quality of some items was very poor. She made a genuine complaint to the staff, however the staff were not bothered and just brushed my wife off because they seemed to be too eager to leave home in the end of the day. The owner of the shop made false allegations and lies about the nature of her complaint, claiming her receipt was from a different shop. We will be taking our complaint and evidence to the trading standards which will be investigating further.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I popped up during my lunch break, and they were able to make up a number of balloons for my sons birthday there and then. Prices are competitive and would recommend.

Staff always super friendly and helpful. I bought a large dog foil balloon for my daughter two years ago and it was so well sealed, it’s still fully inflated! We’ve named him Charlie and he’s now part of the family…dreading the day he finally pops.

Great place for party supplies and costumes! Good selection of baloons for different occasions, that really last. They also inflate hellium balloons if you have them already. Recommend

The balloons look amazing. The person who I was in contact with was lovely and very patient with me all the staff are so welcoming as well. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who is looking for balloons. Will be coming back! Thank you so much❤️
