Amazing service called up and was out to inspect my leak the next day. Quickly solved the issue and was happy to inspect the rest of my roof and look for any further issues while he was there. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, would recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs no matter how big or small.

Problem not solved leaking into the house. Unresponsive to coming back to find the leak and repair. He came back once and said he thought he must have torn the felt and said he would return to rectify.Despite many messages and letters he has refused to respond and has never come back. Very disappointed and only recourse now is to put this issue into the hands of my solicitor. Very sad to have to go down this route. Since posting this review initially I have engaged a surveyor. Khyle fitted felt trays on 3 sides of my roof. Instead of placing the trays under the felt from the bottom of the last tile up as is the correct way he has placed (slid the trays in) the trays on top of the felt and inbetween the bottom tile and second tile up. Photos are available. Khyle has caused £7000 ( so far, roof only) of damage and ingress of water on all 3 sides which runs down the soft and also into the cavity wall, evidence of rusting walls tiles can be seen on the outside wall. Internally the walls are wet and plaster and paint lifting. I now find difficulty to get roofers to quote as I'm told by one roofer( so far) that he will not work for me he said I owed Khyle £400. Khyle inv was £850 and it was paid immediately. At no time have I received any reminders or legal action against me from Khyle. I also paid out £1400 for the necessary scaffolding. This rumour is a total lie an a clear case of defamation of character. I treated Khyle well and I thought we were on friend basis. I have all the evidence and photos. All are now with my solicitor. Please beware, he seemed such a nice young man and was the same age of my son and also had 2 children and I was keen to help him along but sadly unlike my son he cannot take responsibilty for his own actions leaving me with huge costs to rectify. If he had come back as he had arranged, all would have been rectified and I would have given him raving review. A lesson to be learned but telling lies and letting these lies be known thought the local roofing industry is the lowest of the low. I feel so let down and cheated. I would never have written this update to my review had I not been turned down immediately by other roofers leaving my home to continue to deteriorate further as the months go by.

After the recent storm had some gutter / downpipe damage. I called roof dr this morning and came this afternoon. Repaired within minutes. Very efficient and no fuss. Thanks.very fair price considering.

First class service - excellent chimney repair, Khyle was professional throughout - he was punctual, has a superb work-ethic and is a very pleasant young man. I would definitely recommend using the Roof Doctor for any roof / chimney related works.
