Russell was recomended, and I am so pleased. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what was required clearly. On my instruction he rectified the problem, even fitting a new hard drive there and then besides up rating my PC to a much better level while still making things user friendly for a computer dope like me. What amazing service, I couldn't manage to print my Christmas card labels, Russell came out promptly & sorted the problem. While he was here he checked out the computer & found it was running very slowly, he fitted a new part & it's like a new. A great guy, really professional, knows what he's doing & explained everything. I had problems later(my fault) & texted him he replied with solution, everything perfect now. Can highly recommend him, lovely to know he's there if I have any more problems.

We had WiFi dead spots in the house - looking at boosters online is a minefield and totally unnecessary when you can use Russell. He discussed and researched options, choosing the best for us. We also wanted a security camera - again, using his experience to select the best camera and location. Nothing is too much trouble, and I understood everything at every step. So pleased, a really great job and really nice guy - I don't hesitate to recommend his services

Our laptop finally gave up ..we asked Russell for guidance, and he researched a suitable replacement..After purchasing new laptop, Russell came and set everything up to our requirements.
