Brian and the team have worked on two properties of mine, they were very friendly and reliable with all works carried out on time and as agreed. They also offer a 20 year warranty on their work which is great. Very happy to recommend them.

Shame I can’t put no stars. I discovered dampness seeping into my lounge from the ceiling. I called this company to inspect the issue and an expert called ‘Brian’ attended. After some inspection, he confirmed that it appeared there was a leak and advised me to have a ‘trace and access’ hole removed from the ceiling in order to identify exactly where the leak was. (He’d already inspected the bathroom as well a sink in the adjoining bedroom). I was told it would cost £450 for this work. I was later instructed that I had to pay the money up front in order for them to start. I was not happy about paying up front and tried to get ‘Brian’ to call me back without success. In any event, I really wanted the job done as soon as possible as I wanted it sorted before Christmas so I reluctantly agreed to pay. Some time later someone attended to do the work. I had already been advised to clear the area underneath the damp and had covered items with dust sheets etc. I showed the worker the rooms above at which point he then easily removed a small 1ft section of floorboard (which was already cut, there was no carpet) beneath a sink in the bedroom above and pointed out that a plastic pipe had come apart at the join. He said he needed to get a small part in order to fix the problem which he duly did. The whole job, including his drive to get the part took no longer than 2hrs. No messy hole in the ceiling was required and I had just paid out a lot of money to fix something that any reasonably professional plumber would have sorted for a quarter of the cost on the first visit. Of course when I complained, all Brian had to say was that it was my decision to pay the money and instruct him to go ahead with the work which he, as the ‘expert’ advised. Would I recommend this man or his company......NO

Great care was taken to prevent damage to furniture and during work was keep it tidy, as forthe work was done to very high standard 10 out 10

Spoke to Brian regarding a small patch of hygroscopic damp. Although he wasn't able to come out to our property, he offered us very helpful, honest and practical advice. No up-sell. In a word, honest.

This company is a sham. Find yourself professionals instead, who won't lie and cheat you out of money as a way of making a living for themselves. They are aggressive, with no morals, will leave you with shoddy work and a fake guarantee that will never be honoured.

I am writing about a fan installation done at a shared property in North London.The installation was all done with trunking as surface mount which is not ideal. This was not pre agreed by the flat owner.When one of the fans went wrong 2 1/2 years later we were initially fobbed off with it should have been serviced every year (at exorbitant cost). When we went back and pointed out that warranty exclusions cannot include parts that are not affected by servicing (or lack of) they then said the guarantee was 2 years. After checking with the manufacturer the guarantee is 5 years.Called back to discuss again, put us on hold and cut us off. This is a pattern of behaviour here as calls into them get answered, we are promised a call back which does not happen. No attempt to contact us again. Now in the final throws of getting all information to take through small claims court.Currently I would be unable to recommended them as I have grave reservations about professionalism, customer care and honesty. Use at your own risk.
