Really good pharmacy, quick turn around on prescriptions and they deliver for free. Staff are friendly too Shout out the friendly delivery driver who always comes with a smile and checks in on how you are doing.

Called to collect a prescription today and I can't begin to tell you how rude the man serving was. No please, no thank you. No customer service skills at all. Maybe needs a role that doesn't include customer service!

Collecting end of life treatment, when I was asked to confirm details I asked for a pen as I did not want to shout my father's details in a shop. I was denied a pen and was told its unheard of and denied medicine, thank god for other pharmacies .. I suggest some training at least

WITHHOLD MEDICATION. DO NOT USE.Never have what you need and withhold monthly & emergency medication until they can be bothered to send it out. Disgusting customer service. Staff were rude and lied when asked about where medication was, trying to blame the doctors then contradicting themselves.

Very rude staff, that love to berate their customers over nothing, for a polite request that the medication be put in its original packaging please, as it will be travelling in my hand luggage when I go through customs at airport and he made up a load of excuses, saying I will be getting three different brands, where as I went to another local chemist who had no problem what so ever with my request.

Shocking attitude to customers. Service has deteriorated in last few months, used to order prescription and get delivered next day, last two have taken 3-4days.

I have always had a good experience in wibsey pharmacy. I find the staff very polite and helpful. It's a short wait to receive the medications, and they are happy to deliver. Much much better than the hell hole that is medichem.

Incompetent and rude. Hardly ever have all the medication needed, despite being on a regular monthly repeat. Regularly withhold important medication despite being urgent or emergency prescriptions.
