Hi,just like to say how thankful we are too John who attended our property In Hartlepool Yesterday. My mam has the biggest fear of mice and we have had some under our sink coming in through a hole. He made her feel much more at ease and we are so thankful for his attendance. We have also had a visit from a man today unsure of his name, but he was the same, they were both so friendly and understanding Can't thank them enough for their help with getting on top of our issue. The job isn't over yet but wanted to feedback this.

Sudden invasion of flying ants in the kitchen late on Friday afternoon, called Pest Ex who kindly said they would call their pest control man John who agreed to visit even after he'd finished work. I was quoted a very reasonable price which was a quarter of what Rentokil quoted! He came exactly when I was advised he would, treated the infestation quickly and efficiently and gave advice on how to stop it happening again. I cannot thank John and Pest Ex enough they were all brilliant, helpful and professional, from the phone call to the end result. Thank you so much, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pest Ex.

Have used Pest Ex twice, having been recommended them by a friend.Last year to remove a wasps nest and again this year for advice on something else.Staff are very, very knowledgeable and honest.They are responsive to messages, arrive when they say they will and keep you updated throughout.My mind is more at ease now I know who to contact with any issues and I highly recommend them.

John moved everything in the garage. Brushed up all debris , sprayed all surfaces, replaced everything and took away all rubbish. He was friendly and informative. It was a bit expensive at £180 for 1 hour ' s work but worth it for the peace of mind.
