One of the best nail salons in Liverpool. Excellent service every time, can get really busy but it’s just testament to how good they are. Never had a bad set of nails from here.

*Update: following the review I posted. This was only meant to be a simple review. However I now hold u responsible for cutting my fingers and false imprisonment! I will take legal action against you as you have accused me of intending to running away which is a false claim! That never happened! PLEASE DO UPLOAD THE FOOTAGE AS YOU CLAIMED IN YOIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW! I have a screen shot of your statement in case you delete it. After spending a huge sum of money during a whole year in your shop now you’re accusing me of running away! You’re also responsible for tax evasion as you have never ever accepted bank transfer or any legal form of receiving consideration. I have proof! You have clearly placed a notice on the wall stating you only accept cash!Firstly I must mention that they only receive cash which says a lot about them, I have a feeling they’re tricking the government and they randomly charge the customers for the same job they get done and it varies from week to week as well which is a shock to me!!!! For a £35 job they charged me £50 each time! Every time I showed her the design I wanted to get done, she refused to do it by forcing her opinion on me by making excuses like “it’s now summer, black and gold wouldn’t be nice, blah blah..!” Last time the girl who’s very unprofessional was doing my nails and she was constantly cutting my fingers, I then asked the main girl in a nice way “do you wanna do my nails?” Anyway she didn’t reply, but then the girl who was doing my nails became so salty and aggressive and was filing my nails aggressively she would constantly cut my fingers and every time I spoke to her she wouldn’t reply!! Finally I said can you please be more gentle I have low immune system and the cuts and wounds on my hands don’t heal easily like others! She started being rude and asked me to go elsewhere next time. I said fine I’ll leave now she immediately locked me in and shut all the blinds!!!!!!! I had to then calm her down cos I didn’t want the hassle and drama. I’m still shocked and I put the blame on the people who have stuck to them thinking they’re alright don’t be lazy go elsewhere you won’t regret it!!!!

Experts at what the staff do ,friendly polite ,clean ,although you will wait a while, but if you want a good service it's worth the wait ,I'm always pleased with what they do and prices are in line with any other nail bar .

I regularly take my wife here who has a visible disability and has no trouble at all with service It is lovely nail bar, friendly staff always, everyone here is always welcoming to all customers and you are guaranteed good service. My wife has never felt at unease at this nail bar. 100% recommend visiting and experiencing the service for yourself. This is a well run family business and very professional staff.

A lot of false rumours about a member of staff has been spreading around but I find that whenever I’m in there, there is no problem at all. They have lovely staff and they’re also friendly, my nails always look magnificent!!

Amazing staff and super friendly and quick! I have been going to vegas for a year now and my nails have grown so much from the biab! Highly recommend to everyone!

DO not use Vegas nails walton vale! My daughter went in there yesterday with a friend to get her nails done and not only did they tell her they can't do them due to her disability (this has never been a problem with Starlyte) they then talked about her disability to all the customers in there! So loud she could hear. She came home devastated, saying everyone was looking at her and they wouldn't stop going on about her disability until she left! This left her feeling so down, it has broke my heart seeing it.

Only place I like to go for my nails, been coming here for years they never fail me, Lee and linn are always polite, professional and very talented, best designs and up with all the new trends thank you again guys ❤️

My niece's friend went to get her nails done and they refused due to her disability, absolutely disgusting. However she went to Star Light nails and they had no issues doing them
