Olga is amazing. I immediately felt comfortable and she was so calming. I was able to connect with myself without any guards up and really experience the scenario she was guiding me through. I feel so calm and trusting of myself.

Olga has helped me grow in so many ways, becasue of her I changed, I can see and reconise these changes and because of her I can say I am proud of myself and who I am. My name is James and I have suffered from a breakdown in my long term relationship and my family unit.As these changes in my life began to unfold, I did not know the distress, pressure and anxiety that this would all cause me and the impact that it would have on my own phycological welbeing.After a very difficult few weeks, where if I am completely honest, I was in such a low place that my behaviour became erratic and put my own life at risk, which is a place somewhere nobody should ever be, I analysed my situation and how I felt with a friend and some close family and decided I needed to get some help to move forward in my life.At this point, I was made aware of Olga and the work she carrys out and how she had helped a friend of mine through some difficulties.I took the decision the start 10 sessions with Olga and commit to her programme to try and tap into her expertise get some results, to assist get me through the messy situation I found myself in.Alot of the science behind the things that have happened to me in the last few months and the way I have felt throughout this period, I was already aware of and Olga has explained a lot of this to me again, reassuring me, that I wasn't going crazy, for feeling the way I have done.Although I was aware of this, the big thing that Olga has achieved with me well within my ten initial sessions is an incredible change in my mindset and the way I think about life and how I act for myself and around others.Rather than putting others before myself, I have begun to do more things for me and in turn, without it affecting anybody else directly, it is giving me more confidence, self asteam and giving me the tools to move forward through this difficult time in my life.As a father of two at the age of 28, I cannot thank Olga enough for the time and effort she has put into me and the changes she has given my mindset in that short space of time.Although due to the ongoing Covid19 crisis, these sessions have not been face to face and have been video call appointments, something which I was dubious about to begin with on how effective this would be for myself, Olga has provided me with some amazing, expert sessions and I have really committed to doing what she has asked of me.Although Olga's work comes at a cost, I genuinely believe that for me, it has been worth every penny and the results speak for themselves.I look forward to my final session with Olga on Monday 12th April 2021 and would like to place on record my thanks for all of the hard work she has put into me.I would also like to reach out to anybody else who has struggles in their lives or a loved one that has on going difficulties by saying, the difficulties and hardships I have had to go through the last few months, nobody should have to suffer.There is always light at the end of the tunnel, even if it doesn't seem like it at the time.In summary, I cannot thank Olga enough for qwhat she has done for me and would highly recommend her to anybody who needs somebody to help them through a diffucult period on their life, whatever that maybe. I have known Olga for over two yeas now.
