Absolutely the best service I’ve had in a number of years! Called will yesterday and they installed a new boiler today ! Loui turned up when they said they would bang on time and worked late to get heating and hot water back on . Can’t rate or thank them enough

Having been let down by another installer, they were able to take on the work. They explained what would be required to complete the installation and from start to finish they kept me updated on how it was going. They tidied up as they went along and disposing of the old boiler, packaging, rubbish etc. The installation was completed within the specified time and as per the quote. They were very professional, polite and friendly with a good working relationship throughout the installation and would be a great company to work for. I was most impressed with their work and highly recommend them.

I have used Thermal Plumbing and Heating Limited twice now - to fit water heaters and replace taps in three buildings and again for a much smaller job, which they sorted out the same day I called them. Krystle is very quick to respond to emails and the plumbers have worked efficiently and left everything spotless afterwards.

The team did a great job replacing our boiler and 3 radiators. Quick, efficient and kept us up to date on progress. We asked for an additional radiator to be installed while they were carrying out the job and they fitted it in no problem. Would recommend!

I had a problem with the faucet in the kitchen. The engineer arrived at the appointed time, was extremely polite. He did the job extremely quickly and very professionally. I would like to put 10 stars instead of 5.
