Ark Veterinary Surgery

My family have been going to Ark (and its predecessor) for over 25 years. We have never had an issue, they have always been accommodating and sympathetic even during some very emotional visits. They genuinely care about the animals in their care and have been entrusted to support nearly a dozen cats and dogs we have had in our time using them. I fully recommend them to anyone needing a vet!

Thanks to the kind compassionate staff at Ark Veterinary Surgery during our cat Rosie's recent illness, and the really professional and kind way our vet assisted Rosie to pass peacefully. We are extremely grateful. The lovely condolence card from the staff was a touching moment for us both. Thank you all once again

Now taking both our cats elsewhere after getting other quotes for treatment. Found that we were quoted up to 3 times more for the exact treatment than other Veterinary Surgery's. It's not just about money surely.? Such a shame but looks that way ....

Highly recommend. I moved my two cats under Ark when I moved back to killamarsh in 2017. I found ark so professional, caring and kind and did the best they could for both my fur babies.The second of my cats passed last week, and although I was never able to fault my visits for less serious matters anyway, I was in and out with my cat for the last 2/3 weeks of her life including major surgery. I was very upset and distressed and I was treated with such kindness and dignity. Given time where needed, no question was too silly. The vet I mainly dealt with Paola I want to give recognition to- as well as Sally who patiently helped with all thr insurance stuff. All vets and staff I dealt with cared for Crystal (and Misty prior to her death 2021) so well and I felt I could trust them with my babies which made the stress of it all a little easier to bear. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everybody at Ark for your kindness and care towards not only my pets but to me too. Exactly whats needed at a vets.

Shocking my mum is being assessed on a mental health ward due to this business they have sent debt collectors for money that was never owed and was paid by problem parrots (a charity that we help at )for amber and now they have sent a letter saying she was abusive and condescending on the phone call when my mum has just gotten out of abusive situations and they have now sent her all the way back to the start of the process again with the mental health team. Absolute joke will be contacting a solicitor about this and asking for the recording of these telephone calls as this is victim blaming and turning it all on to my mum just to try and save face. Defamation of character and slander. And it will not stand. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you have a fantastic day .
