Wefit Towbars

WeFit Towbars left my partners BMW with a loose sensor that stopped working within one day and the under side panel was left hanging off. Sloppy work and lack of care. Very fed up and disappointed.

messed up my vehicle coming there all the way from South Wales, they forgot to put in 2 x 10 amp fused lines to the Ryder Relay Module causing my relay to blow and a mistake that shouldn’t of happened.I was furious and very unhappy, coming back from France all my lights went out on my trailer at night all because they didn’t put these two 10 amp fuses into the line.Spoke to Ryder that supplies these units and they couldn’t believe how or why these were not used these important 2 x amp fuses that protect the relay, also a further 15amp fuse was supposed to be fitted too.cost that i did not need ended me stuck in France overnight.Spoke to chris and did say it would be sorted we see.

Wow!! These guys wanted my custom so much - even though they had a heap of work on - they paid for my fuel there and back. Provided me with a courtesy car and all at no extra charge what so ever! Wow guys your just the best!!

They fitted my towbar today, it was a pig of a job due to the inaccessibility of a couple of the fixing bolts on my Toyota but they were brilliant, thanks very much. Highly recommended, efficient, friendly and helpful!

Disappointing. Booked an electric car in over the phone to have tow bar electrics only fitted for using a bike rack, using a universal connection kit - all details provided at the point of booking, vehicle reg etc etc.Drove 50 miles from Wiltshire to be told “won’t touch it mate”. Didn’t even apologise.

The guys are really helpful. They were able to advise me on the best tow bar options. They were able to advise weather I needed dedicated electrics or not and the benefit of both options.Fully recommend Chris, Kireran and the team.

They have fitted two tow bars for me and provided great service, good value and are ever so friendly. Definitely recommended.
