I would like to say a big thank you to Lewis. I had a cut that I wasn't happy about at another salon which also sacraficed a lot of my length which I was hoping to maintain. I felt that Lewis really listened to me and my concerns. He went through the options with me and told me the pros and cons of each. He did a fantastic cut which even though we discussed meant a little further lenght gone, I loved the style and new found length! Fantastic service - thank you for saving me before my holiday!

From the moment I walked in, I was amazed by the level of care and professionalism. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Asel was fantastic with me, my hair feels fresh, alive and looks breathtaking. The way she just knew what to do with my hair was actually so amazing. I'm in love with my cut and will definitely be visiting frequently.

I had a wonderful experience at Silverclip Concept Store. I had a root melt/balayage treatment by Femina - she was warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, informing me about what she was doing each step of the way. My hair was pretty damaged after a past balayage elsewhere and just general lack of care - Femina took her time and I could tell she knew her craft well. She gave me so many tips to preserve the colour for as long as possible and ensured I was comfortable and was considerate to let me get some work done too. I highly recommend Silverclip Concept Store and I will no doubt go back to Femina again for maintenance and any other services/treatments :)

Got a full head of highlights with Kevin, my experience was out of this world it was so amazing! He matched to the picture perfectly, I would say he even made it look even better!! He made my first time getting my hair done experience the absolute best, if you ever book, book with Kevin!

I had my hair done with Suzi for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and results. I couldn’t believe what she managed to achieve in one sitting and I left with the most beautiful blended creamy blonde, the before and afters speak for themselves! Highly recommend Suzi and can’t wait for my next appointment.

Great salon with very professional staff and top notch products. I never had a bad experience and have been a loyal client since it opened in Canary Wharf. My favourite stylist is Kevin, gives great advice on styles and colours and always perfect execution. All in all great salon!
