The team in the front office were great and whilst we waited for the work on our van to take place , they kept us updated and offered plenty of tea and coffee. Nice people. My job was completed and found another issue I wouldn't have known about. Will be going back for this as well.

parking was an issue also i went to the wrong VW place first at the other end of trafford park. this could have been mentioned when i booked in the work particularly as it appears to happen a lot according to VW employees at the van sales centre.i also ticked the 'would you like the vehicle to be cleaned' however this was ignored completely.surprising given this is VW as i expected more

Had my van in with vw for egr cooler replacement. They went above and beyond. I was also given a 50% reduction on my cost with it being a common fault even though it was out of warranty. I was put in contact with Mark at rentals to hire a van for the time it was in having the work so I could carry on my work schedule. Giving me a fantastic price for the 7days I had the van. Better than any quotes I got elsewhere.

David Done = hero! John the engineer also = hero! They had all sorts of challenges getting approvals to proceed numerous times from my insurance company, and both really went the extra mile, really great service and super appreciated!

Disappointed to say the least. No-one covering the phones (On hold for 2 hours) and had company vans serviced on time over the last two years. Where not advised on a cam belt change being required/wasn't carried out when it should be and now due to this we now have a broken van requiring extensive repairs. Highly recommend using another garage
