Disgusting experience and got totally ripped off!! I was charged £67 for a bridesmaid dress to be taken up about 1cm, taken in under the arm slightly and steamed. I told them not to take the waist in as that was a snug but comfy fit.I picked my dress up 2 weeks after dropping it off and it had been taken in to much so the dress didn’t fit me anymore! I was then asked if I had been going to the gym and told to just watch what I eat for a week… good job I don’t have an eating disorder or she could have triggered me!It could have been a simple fix but instead they charged me and let me walk out the shop visual stressed and upset about what to do with 1 week before the wedding.I the had to seek an emergency appointment elsewhere to get the dress fixed where I was told they had took the material in at the waist (which they were told not to do) so much they’d cut it inside and the dress hadn’t been steamed.Rude and very disrespectful!! They should have admitted wrong and fixed what they done and everything would have been fine instead of insinuating id put weight on and charging me £67 for nothing. Disgusted.

I visited this shop on Monday, hoping that a zip for a chair cushion cover could possibly be done before Thursday. The lady didn't think that she could do this because of her workload and was due to go on holiday the following day. Then she said she would try her best and managed to get it finished for Tuesday 4pm! Amazing work and professionalism. Thankyou!

I took a football shirt in to be made into a tiny shirt for my Chihuahua and sew and so did the most unbelievable job you can imagine. Price was beyond fair i was expecting to pay so much more and the item came out better than others i’ve bought from reputable shops! Will 100% be back!

This is 5 star for the job i asked to be done but I’m hugely disappointed as got my sister to collect and the customer service was appalling… wether a good or bad day this is most important. Thanks but I’m disappointed.

It's a hit or miss place. And you never know what they fail the next time. I had a couple of my jackets done ok but they did a very poor job with my wife's trousers, stitches were of a very poor quality and the color of thread didn't match (white vs beige accordingly) the color of factory stitches. They became loose almost immediately.

Phoned with an enquiry about a suit for an urn. The lady that answered was so rude and angrily said someone has just called about this and I can't do it. (Obviously recently bereaved we have accidentally rang the same person whilst trying to organise things)So I have no knowledge of her seamstress skills. But rate her extremely low for her human decency and manners.

I took my wedding dress to Sew N So be altered. Excellent service, would definitely use again.
