Very impressed. Never bought a forklift before but was walked through the range on offer that would best suit my needs. They pulled out all the stops to get to me quickly sorted as I had an urgent consignment arriving. After looking at various companies for benchmarking like for like models, the price we paid was 50% cheaper then the most expensive quote-literally the same model with similar hours of usage- and the same warranties! If I have to buy plant again, I would not hesitate to use PHL as an early reference point..
