They have improved their service by a lot and and now I’m updating my review and as always the food tasted amazing

I order from here on uber eats and just eat and the food always comes warm and fresh, the chicken here never disappoints and always fulfils me by how delicious it, I recommend it.

Leaving this review re Favorite chicken which they also own, just so you know what sort of service to expect and how things 'are not' dealt with when they get it wrong.'Having received an incorrect order ie items missing today, 2nd November I called the restaurant. Their response was next time, next time we give you extra. Explained that this is not good enough as it is my dinner, they said they know nothing about it! What! They just sent it!! I asked them to refund the order and I would place the order again they said call just eat! Not that simple! What they should be doing at the very least is telling just eat to issue a refund. Arrived 20 mins early so no excuse for incorrect order and what was delivered was cold.Rang Roosters Piri Piri down the road as they own both shops. Asked to speak to the manager, he was there then phone was put down, called back and he wasn't there. Spoke to Kumar who spoke to favorite and said to order a drink or something and they would deliver the correct order vi explained that if I ordered the cheapest thing on their menu a dip at 60p it would cost me an additional £4.58! Kumar called the manager and called me back, he said to call justeat and they would give me a refund, not that simple! Said they should be telling justeat to issue the refund as they got the order incorrect, he said he would but he couldn't guarantee they would do it?? Yet he told me if I called they would refund me! You have lost a regular customer! Well done!

The place was very nice and the quality of food was amazing. Everything was freshly served with delicious taste. I would definitely recommend.

It's really fresh and yummy but last week I ordered whole chicken and they served 3 legs and 2 small breast!...what type of whole chicken was that? Also the size of chickens are mostly tiny and they fill the sandwich very little without enough sauce.

I came here with my family to eat in and the food was grilled to perfection and excellent, their are alot of variety of foods to order for kids and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I recommend it for anyone coming with their family.

Great food, reasonably priced; always a fast and professional service! Highly recommended to anyone seeking a fairly healthy option with a limited budget.

On Nov 12, 2022, my wife wanted to frequent the chain eatery again before returning to Hong Kong. While their grilled chicken was on par with its competitors, their Buffalo Wings stood out as they were tasty and juicy. Eating in, I enjoyed watching the world went by.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and the customer service is really good, staff are nice, always get my food on time, food they give is excellent.

I had lunch with friends the food was fresh and very tasty. I will definitely recommend it to friends much better and cheaper than Nando’s. Fresh chicken
