Jenny is different, as to her you aren't just another client, you are a person. Being trans, recieving treatment from someone else who is, means she can relate to what your going though. She offers advice and encouragement, which I can say from my own experience makes a real difference. Electrolysis is an investment, and the rates she charges compared to others, makes it a viable option. You also couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting.

I knew after my first session that I would committ to using Jenny's clinic. She was able to clear so much so quickly compared to high street beauty parlours and the pricing is better too! I was really pleasantly surprised at my intensive electrolysis experience with Jenny. She's a character -- she brings in a real human touch to what would otherwise necessarily be a combination of pain and boredom. I love that she thinks about the emotional dimension of this experience and understands that people need breaks and a certain gentle touch when receiving this treatment. We had a great time chatting and even went for a walk together around the beautiful countryside!As I've only recently had my first intensive session and more will be needed I can't speak to the effectiveness, but I felt a lot of confidence from Jenny when she talked about how she does a lot of fine tuning to get the job right -- as she says, some electrologists fail to really kill the hair and all you get is a really expensive plucking! I'll try and update this review later. What I can say, however, is that I don't seem to have gotten any scarring.Obviously electrolysis is what it is, so you need to have the right expectations -- you will need to come back, and it will hurt. Don't think this will be a walk in the park! But of course I didn't have that expectation and so I can be very happy with how it did go.I'm glad someone like Jenny exists and I'm only too happy to recommend her. Keep up the good work Jenny!
