Maj was our mortgage advisor and I have to say he was brilliant. Our case wasn’t straight forward. He gave the best advice, was extremely patient and found us the best mortgage. It was an extremely stressful process and there were times where I didn’t think we would find a product, but Maj worked extremely hard (even on a weekend) to help us. Kirsty was our mortgage advisor when we needed to re mortgage as our current deal was coming to an end. She was incredibly professional and took away all the stress and work that comes with looking for a new mortgage deal. If i could give 10 stars I would! I can not recommend Kirsty enough, she has been amazing start to finish, from mortgage adviser to friend, even a personal therapist for some part LOL. She’s been there whenever i needed her! evening and weekends she was just always on hand with advice and reassurance! I can’t begin to explain how grateful i am to have found Kirsty, from the very start she talked me through the process and my options ect, being a first time buyer the process seemed so daunting and I didn’t have a clue where to start or what the process entailed, but Kirsty is so approachable and extremely patient. She really did go above and beyond for me and i am ever so grateful! Every single step of the way she explained every thing clearly so i knew what was happening.
