Best place in Moss Side/hulme for all needs..Even fresh food. Staff are very friendly. The manager with the glasses is very rude, and she speaks to the staff very badly. No smile and no manners. There is a lovely girl called Vikki,she understood about hearing aids.I am partially deaf this has made my experience so happy to see staff being caring and supportive.I am sorry you have to put up with the not so nice woman manager.

I went into the shop knowing what i wanted asked the worker there to check in Systems. If they have this item in their stock, i even gave him the item code (sku code), but rather than checking my man took me to the shelf saying it should be here or we should have it. But thats not what i asked. Wasted my time and didn't even do what i asked for.

This is now a massive store since it took over the argos space and merged the stores. So it now has foods, toys, DIY, plant, garden wares and house furnishings all in one place. Staff range from meh to really friendly and helpful. So all in all would give it a thumbs up.

It is a nice store with many different products for good prices. Some branded items are much cheaper than other different stores which is really good. The place is tidy and organized most of the time.

Great for inexpensive DIY stuff like Stanley ready mixed filler which is a really good price.Panasonic batteries are very reasonable too. For instance 9V battery only £1.80.

Such friendly staff.I was looking for a coat double hook rail and this lovely member of staff assisted me and went out of her way to find it, she even came to the till area to make sure I found the right one!Didn’t catch her nameHope the managers of B and M Stores appreciate this kind of customer service their staff are portraying.

I am shocked with the change. Just a couple of months ago the store was separated between furniture and groceries. Now that they have combined the too. The options of furniture have decreased significantly and the prices have heavily increased. I mean £30 for a toilet seat? A bit absurd. Even the food used to really be a bargain. I assume this is to pay for the new store but the stars are for how nice the staff is and very helpful and the range of options what is there. I am also impressed with the furniture I bought a really nice desk and it was very easy to assemble and was cheap back then.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Some good sale bargains, although stock seemed limited,not much choice.
