Dino Decking

First time I have used Dino Decking. Very polite and helpful with the initial phone call. Ordering went very smoothly. Delivered next day tho the timing for deliveries were 2-5 working days which helped and finally the driver/delivery guy for the company was excellent, rang me an hour before to give me plenty of notice and couldn’t be more helpful with unloading the order. Will definitely be using Dino Decking again.

Dino provided a free sample pack that clearly demonstrated the range and quality so I was happy to place order. My installer used concrete posts with gravel boards because neighbour’s property is slightly higher and soil could move. In my opinion this provided us with a more attractive and modern look to the finished fence which we are delighted with. The close fit of the boards should stop ivy and brambles from next door who are not keen gardeners! The benefit of no maintenance is well worth the extra expense.A brilliant product at a fair price so what more do you want?

I purchased a massive order of Ash Decking boards -Ash posts - Stone handrails -Stone edging trims - and T clips. I am very happy with the quality and fitment it took me around 1 week to complete the installation of the decking which has saved me a lot of money by installing it myself. The hand rails took a lot of time to build lots of measuring drilling and screwing of small parts but was well worth it when you see them finished. Overall I am happy with how it turned out fingers crossed it lasts for a long time please see attached pictures of my decking.

Great customer service. They arranged delivery that suited me, delivery guy was helpful and efficient. The decking was exactly as expected. I had an issue where the guys doing the installation thought there was a bag of clips missing. 10 min after emailing, Dino decking had a bag ready to send to me. I wasn't thinking about using decking in my back garden but now I am and I'll be getting it from this company.

Great company providing an excellent product. The after sales care team has been amazing! I had an unfortunate issue with a deck board warping after a couple of years after initial installation. Unfortunately one of the 3mm fasteners bowed and snapped causing the deck board to work loose. Emailed Dino decking for some advice initially as wanted to know what would be best to put it right or if I done something wrong.They handled my enquiry with absolute professionalism, didn't talk down to me, didn't try and make out it was my fault, and offered to send out some replacement deck board and fascia for free including delivery. I wasn't expecting this at all, as most companies would try and wriggle out of a warranty call to avoid taking ownership, and on this occasion it wasn't anything really to do with the company, it was just a random thing that happened!!!!When I did the repair to the decking I did change the spacing from the hidden fasteners to the 6mm ones as I didn't want any more issues and plus wider spacing gives better drainage on our deck so less issue with algae and water formation.All in all very happy customer and thank Dino decking for all your help!

So Far, so good. Just ordered 3 kits. Will update with further review when delivered and after I've fitted them.UPDATE _ Have fitted some of the fencing and it was a doddle. The quality of the product is exceptional. Ordering was easy online. I have ordered some more parts that I will pick up from Wigan myself. The previous (large order), I had to pay for delivery (not cheap, but well delivered and all received in good condition) . Overall am very impressed with Dino Decking. Thanks.

Dont buy this product!! The movement and expansion in hot weather moves the decking boards. The black 3mm clamps aren't fit for purpose with no grip and the plastic ones melt in the sun. Wasted thousands and am now at the stage we're having to screw the boards directly into the joists.Dont waste your money!!
