We had excellent service from the Thornbury branch of Bristol Carpet and Flooring Group and can thoroughly recommend their service. Tristan was very patient in helping us make our carpet selections and booking suitable fitting dates. Bryan did a splendid job of fitting our new stair and landing carpet earlier this week. He was very friendly and efficient. We’re delighted with the job he did, and the transformation he created. Welook forward to having our new sitting room carpet fitted in January.

We've used Bristol Carpet and Flooring twice now to carpet the whole of our upstairs and to replace the carpets downstairs with laminate flooring after moving home. The customer service has always been fantastic and we were always given a very generous amount of time to decide on what flooring we preferred. The quality of fitting and flooring has been brilliant for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company. From the moment l entered the shop they helped me workout which carpet would be best for my property. The arranged fitting around my decorating timetable, they were very reasonably priced and the fitters were fast, cleaned up after themselves and nothing was too much bother! Would highly recommend. My wife and I can't praise Bristol Carpet & Flooring enough. We popped in on the off chance they could help us source blinds and curtains for our new build house. We were very specific in what we wanted, and what we didn't want. Tristan Chalmers was absolutely brilliant ! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he sourced exactly what we wanted. We also have to praise them on the installations and fitting. Perfectly done and really sets the house out. Our thanks and appreciation to Tristan and the team at Bristol Carpet & Flooring Group. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

I used Thornbury branch of Bristol Carpet and Flooring Group. They have been excellent in measuring the awkward space where I wanted some lino laying, and were able to get the material quickly, such that it it was laid within a couple of weeks of ordering.Tristan Chalmers was the person who dealt with me and was someone I have bought carpets from several times before when working as Classic Carpets in Bristol. Always excellent.I will use Bristol Carpet and Flooring again.
