Very disappointed on my last visit. I had several bags to donate (as I have previously) and the person working there could not have been less interested. She sent me to the back door where I waited, not sure if someone would come out. They didn't. She took them eventually (the shop wasnt busy) and she did not bother asking if I was a gift aider (I am) and laughed when I asked if they took music books and sheet music for piano and clarinet and said no.I alternate between the Hospice and BHF shops to donate. I went to the BHF virtually next door, with the music- was welcomed, asked if I was a gift aider, and they took the music. I will stick with the BHF to donate to in future.
