Phone Surgeon

I contacted several phone repair shops around Nottingham about repairing the screen on my Xiaomi Pocophone F1. Most shops hadn't heard of the phone, which is strange in itself with it winning a fair few awards in the last 12 months for being one of the budget smartphones on the market. Either way, Phone Surgeon gave me the best price (£60) and replied promptly. They explained the screen would have to be ordered in as it is not a common repair, as expected. I paid a deposit and went back a week later. They fixed it for me within a couple of hours and I had my phone back with a perfectly new screen. I have done a fair few screen repairs myself in the past so know what to look out for in the repairs. They had done a great job and the quality of the replacement screen was as good as the original (not surprising as the phone itself are budget chinese phones anyway). They even said they usually give a free screen protector but had none around for my phone so to come back in a couple of days and he will put it on, thought that was a nice touch.I have a few friends with Pocophones too so would definitely recommend this store in future for screen repairs, and would definitely go back myself should my screen protector fail me again!

Took my daughter’s iPhone 7 in for screen replacement. Very fast and friendly service and a fantastic price. She’s overjoyed with the phone, it’s like new. I can highly recommend this business.

Normally go here when I have an issue with my phone however I've just got a new phone wanted to get a screen protector on it checked the website and it said was open till 6 got there at half 5 and the shutters were down... Maybe an update to the hours? Other than this the place is spot on that's why it's 5 stars

Found this shop online for my Nan whose phone had been completely wiped by mistake. She's not very tech-savvy & had been told by another (very big & well-known!) company that a virus had been put on her phone and it could cost up to £70 to fix" - Phone Surgeon sorted the problem for £10 & she's very happy. Thank you for taking care of your customers & not ripping them off like a lot of other companies try to!"

What a fantastic shop with the most lovely manager and staff .Nothing was too much trouble they really go above and beyond for their customers ,I will not go anywhere else. My mum is disabled and needed help with her phone and they really couldn't do enough for her. 5* service.I would highly recommend that you give them a visit.

Just had my battery replaced on my IPhone very quick only £25 for iPhone 8 and the staff were lovely very helpful and talkativeWould definitely use again and recommend to people
