Totally Wicked Farnworth. E-cigarrette, E-Liquid and Vape Store

Went in on Monday Tina was so lovely! Found my new vape shop! Honestly I’d definitely recommend, you walk in and you can just feel how lovely everyone is and helpful! Honestly wouldn’t even hesitate to recommend! X

I visited the Farnworth Totally Wicked after receiving zero support from the TW shop I had been using. The Owner and Tina showed me how the vape worked, how to fill, charge and use properly then how to vape properly. They answered questions that the previous store said 'didn't matter' when clearly they did matter! I was really impressed with their product knowledge and how much time they spent educating me. Fantastic Customer Service. Needless to say, I'll be using the Farnworth shop from now on and will highly recommend their service.

I would highly recommend this store for a few reason, the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I was in the store today to purchase the new GTL Tornado and was given a full demonstration and product walk through before parting with my money which made me feel confident that this was the right one for me. Well done :)

The staff at wicked Farnworth are fantastic they really go out of their way to help and advise. Tina and the other staff are really genuinely friendly and will take there time with you and you dont feel rushed at all its actually a pleasure to get in contact with them. I can't praise them enough. Fabulous customer service from Tina and Chris and Rachel and a brilliant delivery service personally from Chris when you order a delivery but the service is equally as excellent if you do the collect from store which is brilliant I can't thank you guys enough I was a smoker for nearly forty years and had issues with my breathing vaping for me was such a positive step I can't thank them enough.

Having finally decided to try and transfer from cigarettes to vaping, this was my first visit to a vape shop. I decided on this one after checking out its excellent customer reviews which I found to be totally justified. Tina was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained about devices and liquids in great detail. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from staff today and knowledgeable about the products they’re selling. Lots of flavours on offer to try which is helpful for those that are picky like me. Tina especially as she dealt with us & wow the knowledge & Chris, they are both really genuinely friendly and both take their time with customers to ensure they get what they want and you don't feel rushed at all. A long over due comment as to how good the gang in this store are - superb delivery support throughout the covid years" and this continues now with tech help to address any daft issue with my machine and they always have my order ready and waiting. Cannot recommend highly enough."
