Adam was so helpful and guided me through step by step the process of converting my bike to electric. I phoned up and arranged a time to go see him with my bike he talked me through the options and how he would go about it. He was really helpful and reassured me about any queries I had. He kept me up to date with things over what’s app and I definitely left feeling reassured I was in the right hands. Got my bike back today (was in for about 2 days) and I absolutely love it. A job done exceptionally well and would 100% recommend Welwyn bikes and Adam to anyone! I will definitely be returning for anything bike related! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy!
