I made contact with the clinic after a number of weeks on poor or no hearing. Despite being fully booked Jane managed to fit me in within a few hours and I left the clinic feeling amazing. Despite feeling a bit nervous, she put me at ease and the procedure was quick and fairly painless.

Jane is welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire appointment. Jane made me feel comfortable and informed me about every step of the microsuction. I would highly recommend Jane to anyone, as she provides the highest level of care.

Fantastic experience. You really feel like you a re meeting someone who cares and has your best interests at heart. One of the best decisions of the year. Having microsuction in both ear was well worth it and saved so much time and pain. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to take my dad to see Jane as he was having problems with his ears.Jane was so kind and professional, she reassured him and explained exactly what she was going to do.It was totally painless and quick and the results was instant!She then asked me if I would like to have my ears checked even tho the appointment was only for my dad. Out of curiosity I said yes thinking there would be nothing to see. To my surprise my ears were as blocked as my 83 year old father’s. Again the result were instant. Needless to say I completely recommend Jane for her professionalism and kindness and for looking after the both of us.

All of the reviews are absolutely true. Jane is brilliant. On street parking was easy to find and the ear clinic is on the second floor of the Doctor's surgery. Stairs are on the right as you go in.

Honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had!!The service was outstanding and worth every penny.I was late due to traffic but Jane was very understanding and still proceeded to go ahead with my appointment.I was told all of the processes that will happen during the appointment, which I appreciated a lot because it was my first time getting this done.The actual ear wax removal was painless and quick too.I've reccommended this place to all of my friends.Thank you Jane!

I had never had microsuction before so was slightly apprehensive but my right ear was totally blocked, so something had to be done! Jane instantly put me at ease with her very friendly, reassuring manner. She showed me just how blocked my right ear was and, to my surprise, how much wax was in the other ear. She then proceeded to clear both ears - no hassle, no discomfort. Jane offers a brilliant, brilliant service. I won't hesitate for a minute if I need treatment in the future. Fantastic.

I first visited Jane after struggling with ear infections, deafness and non-effective meds. From the start Jane was warm, welcoming and ready to help with my misery! It turned out I have a perforated ear drum, so after 'fixing' my other ear and gifting me my full hearing back in that one, Jane recommended an ENT and offered advice on how to take care of them. She also squeezed me in for a quick check in a few weeks later to see if the perforation had improved. My ears are an ongoing issue but I know when I see Jane I'll get my hearing back - in a caring, relaxed environment. She's knowledgeable, supportive and I instantly feel better from each visit.
