Started working near to this restaurant last week and tried it out the first day. We all go back everyday now. The food is amazing. Its not expensive for what you get and the owner and his son are so welcoming. I cant rate it high enough!

Lovely food, quick service and the owners are so lovely !! They even kindly gave me a piece of baklava free of charge when paying for my food. Would definitely go again!

UpdatedWonderful little Palestinian restaurant in the heart of Bolton Town centre. Really friendly owner and delicious food. Really worth eating in and also has takeaway facilities. The baklava was amazing, soft and crunchy and not too sweet. They do have a service for baklava gifting too.Went back again, this time was not so impressed, for the price the portions were tiny, the speed at which the food came was really slow and some us were just sat whilst others were eating for nearly 20 minutes.We did nor get the breads or the salads and had to ask and the taste of the dishes were not the same as the first visit. They had changed considerably.Still friendly but for the market and the position, to get the footfall need to change the portion sizes and the consistency in the taste and dishes.

I review restaurants regularly and love to support local small business. I went to this restaurant today, friendly enough staff, the older male was particularly overfamiliar with customers. Food was cheap enough my bill came to £8 only so I paid with £10 intending on giving the rest in tips. But the man just handed me a £1 back. I could see he was trying hard to talk and walk me away and out, and almost attempt to charm us so I wouldn’t comment on, he made comments about our appearances to flatter us. I don’t like the cheekiness of this. I don’t like dishonest businessmen who is making active attempts to deceive customers. Due to that and food being less than average I wont be returning.Also strongly urge all customers to double check their bill and the change they receive back. The whole experience just felt like a theatrical show to me.

Ordered mixed meat lamb & chicken with chips and salad. Food was not as expected especially the lamb kebab was not fresh which was covered with some metal and placed to one side then reheated. Was charged more for what I was told. Will not be eating or ordering again.

Very friendly staff, nice food. A lot better than you'd imagine from the street. Food was freshly made and presented well. Good coffee too.

Recently, I had an unfortunate dining experience at this establishment that left me thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. Right from the moment I stepped in, I could tell it was going to be a disappointing encounter. The food and the staff service were nothing short of atrocious.Let's start with the food—it's hard to find words to describe how terrible the dishes were. Despite the menu boasting an array of dishes from various cuisines, the execution was abysmal. Not only did the food served not match our order, but when we inquired about it, we were told that they sometimes prepare it differently when they're not busy, which left us baffled. The dishes arrived lukewarm and lacked any semblance of flavor. They were overcooked, tasteless, and poorly presented. It was evident that whoever prepared the food had no passion or skill in the culinary arts. Every single bite was regrettable, making it the worst dining experience I've ever had.Unfortunately, the dismal food wasn't the only issue. The behavior of the staff was equally appalling. Right from the start, I felt unwelcome and ignored. The host showed indifference and failed to greet me or show me to a table. The servers were inattentive and seemed annoyed when asked about the menu, displaying a complete lack of knowledge about the dishes they were serving. Getting anyone's attention to request anything became an arduous task.To make matters worse, both the staff and the owner exhibited shocking levels of rudeness. They dismissed customer complaints and carried themselves with an attitude of superiority, as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. Witnessing such behavior was distressing and entirely unacceptable.Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was far from inviting. The place was poorly lit, and the overall atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable. The combination of dreadful food and rude staff created an experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.In conclusion, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. The subpar food and unprofessional staff make for an entirely unpleasant experience. Thankfully, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that value their customers and offer delicious meals with impeccable service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a satisfying dining experience.

Food is so soft and tender it's mealt in your mouth when you order meat. Absolutely amazing place.
