My son had bad ankle pain and it was affecting his sports activities . Richard was very good and made effort to book us an appointment around our busy times over the weekend and saw my son who felt very comfortable, followed the exercises given by him and we had a very happy boy in few weeks.

I attended Rick's circuit class today and would highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable and will adapt exercises to your needs. A great class for an overall workout! Far superior to the PT-led sessions I've attended in the past.

Whilst working with England rugby on their training camps I learned a huge amount about performance testing, high level strength and conditioning and rehabilitation. As Lead Physiotherapist Rick taught me a huge amount about injury recovery, nutrition and how to reduce the risk of re injury. I would strongly recommend Rick to others.
