I was really surprised, when I took my jacket back, I thought it won’t be so clean. It cost me 30£, as I am from Ukraine, it’s quite expensive for me, but it worth it.Here is a photo before/after.

The owner here has a serious issue providing customer service, I’m just happy to see I wasn’t the only one that saw this issue. The owner was speaking down to me, and I was saved by another customer that walked in. The other customer did also notice the bad customer service.The guy behind the counter has some anger issues, arrogance displayed through the way he communicates, body language and the general way he comes across.He puts a display on that he acts like you do not know what you are talking about, and he is oblivious to what you are trying to explain and he will react in an argumentative way.He does really know what you are talking about, he will then grudgingly then start to help and offer partially some professional help but not advice.Very very poor service, workmanship is pretty good not the best. You maybe wondering why I had chosen this place, and it was only because his details were passed on by a reputable company.All this acting and display of rude behavior when you go to a “professional” for the job and advice that you are willing to pay for!Why do you not have a sign saying “make sure you know what you want! I have aggressive and argumentative customer service - Enter at own risk!”.Word of advice, if you carry on treating your customers like you did me, you’ll be the one wondering what went wrong when your shop loses business.I’ll choose to go else where next time I need something altering, but I needed to make others aware.

I had a fairly new t shirt that developed a hole near the seam. Popped in one lunch to if they could fix it and he did while I waited for no charge. I seem to remember that they fixed another little hole on a t shirt a few years back without charging too. I have some jeans that need repairing so will be going back to see if they can fix them (and will insist on paying!). Many thanks

Fantastic service. I dropped a pair of shorts in for a repair, thinking I would need to leave them for a few days. He did the job on the spot, 10 mins all done! Will definitely be using them again - Highly recommended.

Been going here for years for dry cleaning I lost my ticket offered ID to show it was me I got my coat ask for a receipt and refused he was very very rude will not be coming back there was no reason to talk to me they say he did very poor customer service!

Had a new pair of expensive jeans altered here. Dropped them of at 10.00am and collected them 1 hour later.Excellent job at a very fair price.Highly recommended

Quick, professional and affordable. I took a 3 piece suit to be dry cleaned and accidentally left a handkerchief with sentimental value. Luckily, staff were kind enough to liaise with the cleaning company and retrieve it

Excellent service. I went in to have my suit trousers taken up at the ankles - the turnaround was quick and the price very reasonable. The second time I went in it related to the breast pocket on my blazer having torn - the owner fixed this, free of charge on the same day - saying that he 'would be embarassed to charge' for such an easy job. Cannot recommend highly enough.
