Worst experience I’ve ever had! She not only ignores calls but is very rude in her responses and it’s all a business to her she doesn’t care about her clients!! Really rude lady I go to someone else now who are very professional have a better machine and the prices are way cheaper! I use laser clinics in grand central and they communicate so much more with the customers considering it’s such a busier more professional company! There prices are way better and the laser machine is so much better, honestly she literally just made me waste my money by charging me upfront and not giving appointments despite me paying £1000 upfront and then begging her to see me or please take 5mins to respond, in which her answer was “I haven’t got 5 mins I just don’t!” And that’s all I got and her machine was so painful! Now I have a pain free treatment which I have had once and seen the difference! She literally only treats clients who she thinks have big social media platforms with respect, everyone else she talks down to

I have been coming here for my laser treatment and have to say it's the best.Very professional and comfortable environment.Staff are very welcoming and customer service is amazing.You will always get honesty in terms of treatments and what's best for you. Very flexible with appointments especially for those that work full-time.I would definitely recommend :)

I don't tend to leave reviews but I had to do this one!! I can honestly say this is one of the best laser experience I have had. From first point of contact to consultation and treatment days Syka has been extremely professional, kind and helpful. I had real bad experience from a different clinic that damaged my skin for years and the pain during treatment was very painful and left me with a sore, lumpy face! I was so hesitant to try laser again but my friend recommended me to visit Syka as she used her service and I am SO GLAD I came here. There is very little pain during treatment and no trauma to my skin straight after treatment. Syka was very reassuring and made me feel so comfortable during my treatments. From my 1st session there was a MASSIVE reduction to my hair growth. I can't wait to complete my full treatment because my results are looking amazing so far!

I never ever expected laser to make suchhh a massive difference. Just after my first session I started to see a MASSIVE difference. Going to Syka was the best decision i’ve made and am so so happy with my results so far. The results of this laser clinic is just amazing, I was a bit nervous at first by syka made me feel so comfortable that i started with laser on just my face and now i have my whole body done. Highly recommend and very professional.

I came here for consultation a year ago, I thought Syka was experienced and new what she was talking about when it comes to laser hair removal. However, I decided not to go through with it as I didn't like the payment method of paying full amount upfront. There was no guarantee of anything and this industry is not regulated so I was concerned of losing my money if anything was to go wrong. I also felt it was expensive compared to other othet places. I went elsewhere that allowed me to pay monthly for a decent price.Also, she wasn't responsive to my text messages whenever it would be anything other than an appointment (carpark etc).

I have been going to Skinthetics for many years now. Overall I have been having laser for about 8 years and this has been my best experience thus far. Syka is fantastic, extremely professional and you can tell she really cares about her clients. My results were and still are amazing, I only go back for top ups now and I have full trust in the advice given to me. Previously I felt like I was spending a lot of money and not getting anywhere. You can really tell it’s not just a business, it’s a passion. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and have recommended a lot of friends and family. The confidence that the treatment has given me is immense. An insecurity that used to consume a lot of my thoughts barely crosses my mind anymore. I am very grateful

Hands down the best customer service! Syka goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and ensure you’re getting the most out of your treatment. She has gone out of her way ensuring I get all my treatments in on time, I’m only 2 sessions in and I’ve see such a massive difference, my hair growth has reduced and my skin is so much smoother. She treats each individual like family, I honestly can’t recommend laser from here enough!

Have been visiting synthetics for the past 4 years. Shireen and Syka are the best in what they do. They are extremely welcoming and friendly. Services are amazing, they have made such a big difference to not only my physical appearance but also my confidence. Women who uplift other women.
