Crystal Nails spa

Really disappointed. They wouldn’t ’paint’ on a white tip onto acrylics as they don’t do that anymore due to it chipping when people left the shop so I could only get white acrylic tips which were awful. Seems only regulars get the normal price for nails. If I wanted pink polish it was £42 compared to £30 for clear, how is that justified? If I wanted shellac they wanted £47. I overheard an ‘regular’ talking and she had hands and feet for £40. Anyone who didn’t have cash they made leave something of value while they went to get cash! Really hated the overall atmosphere, couldn’t wait to leave! Absolutely hate my nails and wish I had listened to the bad reviews. I will never come here again.

Do not recommend. Although I've been before, today I had 2 appointments booked for pedicure. We waited 10 minutes. Someone before us had booked and been waiting half an hour. So they were obviously running behind and taking walk ins despite people having a booking. This is bad service and although it's a popular salon if you keep this up it doesn't look good, you just lost 3 customers

Had nail polish removal here. And my nails ended up with deep grooves on them from over use of the drummle. Will be hard for me to get a nice even coat of any nail polish as there are deep grooves all over my nails. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend

I was so excited to have my nails done. Foot spa and service was nice,the staff are nice and polite. The foot spa and massage was lovely.When I had a proper look my nails was not shaped and my nails looked uneven and crooked. called and explained my decription shop dows not seem to understand.

Had my gel nail polish removed here a few weeks ago and my nails are totally ruined! I rarely wear nail polish and had gels to go to a wedding. Went in to have the polish removed soon after and now my nails are so weak and are continually tearing. I’m sure that the salon is good if you wear nail polish all the time but don’t go to have it removed unless you are going to reapply straight away. I don’t know how long it will take for mine to grow back! So frustrating!

Omg! crystal nails is so amazing, I espacially Tommy he’s my favourite, new best friend, I also like he’s wife Helen and Jon and Vanessa so nice too and long is funny

I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my nails done i have been going to Jon and Vanessa for years now, I have my hands and feet done and always get compliments about how lovely they look! All the staff are sooo nice and friendy. Highly recommend.
