Very small shop, when there is more than 2 customers it very difficult to move around and find what you want. The staff are not particularly helpful either

Layton Wines advertise the parcel drop off service. I took my parcels there today, 6 in total. They refused to take them, because they already had enough for one day, told me to come back tomorrow! - I drove miles to the drop off shop, what a waste of money, time and resources! Collect+ should remove Layton Wines as a drop off, they take up a contract from a shop that might want to do it properly

Been collecting ebay parcels for a year no problem. This evening the lad at the counter called me a liar, said I never collected the items. Would not give me my parcels this evening despite showing him the ebay notice saying Laton wines have my item.I only use click and collect because Royal mail are regularly stealing my mail!! Brilliant eh :-(
