Ordered beef burger and received bread hard like a stone. Went to report it and asked if he can make me fresh with soft bread. I only heard No" .Didn't wash his hands after touching money I paid with and before touching my bread with his fingers. Don't like this placeFood ok

The chips were undercooked so we did not eat them. I had a Donner kebab on naan...big mistake, I immediately felt the urge to throw up once I had finished the kebab (it tasted great by the way) there must have been something dodgey about the meat as I've been throwing up that kebab ever since, I'm now not so thrilled by the large portion size I believed to be a bargain. The redeeming factor was the actual staff members, all very friendly and would give 5 stars for them but there is something evil lurking within the kababs..be warned

Absolutely disgusting place, ordered a cheeseburger as a meal not only I did not get a drink or fries, there was hair on the burger they gave me for £5.80 don’t think this place should even be allowed to serve foot to people stay away

This is the best fast food restaurant in all of Altrincham! I always order from here and the food is great the chicken burger is amazing and so are the cheesy chips. But for some reason when I called them twice they hung up both of the times. But they are pretty busy so....

First time I've been in here for years, but our recent takeaways have been very disappointing, and this place is only 5 minutes walk away. Burger and fries, cheeseburger and fries, and a Donner kebab were excellent. Freshly cooked in front of me, and high praise all round. According to our son, his nose is burning from the kebab ( with the works ). As he says, if it doesn't burn your nose, it ain't hot. Price was considerably lower than some very poor takeaways. Highest recommendation.

This takeaway needs to be shutdown, the takeaway is extremely unhygienic. I went in this evening as a treat as I had been working late at the hospital all week. I noticed one of the workers pick meat up of the floor and put it back on the grill, I also noticed a staff member bring a toasted pita bread out and it was left on the side then served.When I mentioned this to a staff member, they threatened me with violence. Unacceptable, won’t be going here again.

I don’t normally write a review but the service has been terrible. Food ordered at 9:05 and arrived at 10 pm, cold. The chicken burger was really spicy when we has ordered a normal chicken burger, the lettuce was brown, chips seemed re-heated, and the other cheese burger we ordered was single when we ordered a large double one. Felt sick all night.No need to mention that we won’t be using their service anymore !

I had been kind of every where to try chiken kebabBut seriously 9£ forTaste less un cooked chiken with nan that you can call it nan because naver had nan like that in my whole lifeIt's seems more like papadam then nan was that hard and thin dammnIt's first time for everythingThey shud improve there nan skillsAnd a costumer service aswell
