Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Josh in Chelmsford who went above and beyond with handling some difficult circumstances regarding our booking. Totally recommend his services with your holiday booking.

Judy was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding various cruise options for my up and coming anniversary trip. I cannot praise her enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Hoping to book soon!

We went into book a holiday in the carribean for 2024. Kayleigh was very helpful and friendly. She sent quote by email as requested. When I called to book one of the holidays I spoke to abbey. Who was also friendly chatty and helped with the booking.Both ladies were polite professional and helped with our holiday choice.

We have book several holidays with Abbi, Abbi always goes the extra mile to make sure we are getting the best value and experience, for example we choose the time of year and hotels for a big holiday in a couple of years time Abbi suggested that we would be better off going earlier rather than later in the year, the hotels we had chosen Abbi don’t think they would be suitable for our needs as the where a bit isolated and she suggested hotels that where more central. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbi and TUI Chelmsford for booking your next holiday.

Had a fantastic holiday and was made so easy by Abbi in the store. She is a credit and we have booked more holidays with her for next year.

I booked a holiday with Kay to Senegal recently and I could not of asked for a better experience, she sold it like she had been there herself and I could not of asked for someone better to deal with. I will 100% be booking with TUI Chelmsford again, and booking with Kay again.

Really helpful great staff. Went out of their way to provide information to a resort,Cape Verde, and explain where to go and importantly where not go to suit our type of holiday,could not do this on the internet! Kay and all staff thank you and will be back again in the new year
