Staff we’re extremely friendly and helpful with any information we asked, especially as it was our puppy’s first groom. The room was at the perfect temperature for our puppy too after a 30 degree day...

Thought I'd give the groom room a try for our yorkie as been in to the store before and it does look clean and professional etc. However after dropping my dog off received a call around an hour later saying her ear was bleeding (they cut it but didn't want to admit it) went to pick my dog up with her half cut hair and bleeding ear as they couldn't finish her face after the cut. I understand these things can happen & they did have the in house vet look her over and clean the cut also They didn't charge but then for the half job and sliced ear I wasn't expecting to pay anyway. Unfortunately I'll stick with our local independent groomer in the future as never had a problem just thought I'd try a change.I guess this may have been an isolated incident but I thought worth leaving a review anyway and as it was my dog I won't take her back.

Just had my puppy's first grooming experience there.Lady who dealt with us was lovely.The two younger girls where really unprofessional and making snide comments about paying customers.Will not be returning due to this.

First time taking our boy here to be groomed. The team was amazing and followed our cut details perfectly he came out looking 10 years younger and already booked him in for his next groom

Took my puppy for her 1st full groom, amazing service, made her and me feel at ease about handing her over, she came out a very happy, clean, lovely smelling pup! Will definitely be back.

Always a good experience for the owner. The dog doesn't seem to mind too.

Although initially scared of the dryer the staff make my dog feel safe by enticing her with lots of treats and always come home with a bag of treats.
