Actions speak louder than words. Anyone can talk, but not everyone can do, you excel in both. Your prompt assistance and help when it was sorely needed was a breath of fresh air. I've been a client of 34sp since 1999 (24 years and counting!), and they are my favourite ISP of all time. No joke. One of the things that makes this company special is that they provide personal points of contact - you can speak to real human beings on the telephone and it doesn't take long to get through to them, you can email real human beings, those human beings are experts...and they are great! Over the years they've helped me with personal and professional websites, and the service is great. Whilst I sometimes use other platforms for pre-built website templates, the customer service never equals 34sp. Happy to give them a 5-star rating, and looking forward to being celebrate a quarter-century 34sp customer!
