Recently had my crankset replaced, FSA 50/34 replaced by GRX 46/30 at my request. Brilliant service by Terry and his team. They also replaced the jockey wheels on the derailleur. What a difference, smoother gear changes, fewer gear changes and keeping my cadence up. Thanks chaps, money well spent.

After struggling with noisy disc brakes, I visited Nigel at Terry's. Despite being busy, he said give me an hour and it can be sorted. After going for a walk and a coffee, I returned and my bike was ready and well sorted, adjusted with new pads and a clean. Now I Can stop without waking the neighbours. Thanks again, Nigel.

Excellent service. Terry was extremely helpful. As well as tyre prob, I had a few other questions relating to my bike - some discomfort when riding my bike. Terry's assistant dropped the handlebars for me and what a difference. Very helpful, knowledgeable and outstanding customer services. Will definitely recommend this shop.

Great local bike shop, very knowledgeable and always helpful.They built a couple of vintage bike wheels for me perfectly.Recently did a tubeless tyre fit on my emtb wheels. Took them in one day and got them back the next day, great service !I can highly recommend using these guys, many thanks.

These guys are great! Knowledgeable mechanics with good skills - great quality of works too. Very polite and friendly and you can talk 'bikes' with them just for a sake of it. Prices very good (especially in comparison with Berkshire where I previously lived). Would definitely recommend!

Terry's Cycles 'Bike Shops Bristol'
The staff was amazing. They explained to me all the repairs and changes they made.We brought two bikes to be fixed, a road and a mountain bike. The road bike had only a puncture in the rear tyre. But the mountain one had a lot of work to do on it. It took an entire week to fix both, and the surprise was that the road bike had more things to fix (they changed some pieces that could cause some issues in the future). Any small squeak or noise is gone.Now our bikes work much better than a new one.
