Excellent facilities. Visited only for a short time to collect my daughter who had stayed there. Private bedrooms with shower room and communal kitchen area. Welcoming staff.

Such a haven for familys when needing to be close to loved ones in hospital, the charity which provides this support McDonalds deserve 6 stars not the 5 available.

SPECTACULAR ROOMS! Large and spacious beautiful beds. very comfyAnd near everything!O.K. staff they are one of those people that arent nice but not rude.Of course I gotta mention the location literally amazing location its like a 5 minute drive to the hospital.Overall I liked it!

We spend over one month in Ronald McDonald House in Glasgow and could not have been more grateful. Very friendly and welcoming staff! Modern and convenient facilities and only 5 minutes walk from hospital. It was our home away from home. Children can play in soft play when parents are cooking. Laundry and lounge very useful. Very nice garden where you can forget for a moment about all the problems. Building monitored 24 hours a day so you can feel safe and secure. We are very grateful for our stay in this lovely place.

Need to cheang staff, these old ladies at the reception are very slow and annoying, I wanted to put my things and quickly go to hospital but then she started to talk and talk, history of Ronald McDonald, show you kitchen show you this and than. I told her not interested in all this and she did not spoke to me ever again.

Staff are extremely helpful and make you feel so welcome, they couldn't do anymore for you.The bedroom was very clean and very comfortable. When things get hard when in the hospital, coming across to the accommodation really helped me de-stress. A very big thank you to all the staff.

Ronald Mcdonald House is excellent . The staff are amazing .if you run of stuff etc(nappies) if they can help in many ways . .in the house they have kitchen bays to cook your on food . Overall 5 stars

Very rude staff. They were very rude to me and my family at a very difficult time when my child was very unwell in ICU....unsupportive, patronising and dehumanising. At the end of stay they rudely refused to give back our deposit as said ‘all parents give it to Ronald McDonald house’, we would have chosen to give to Ronald McDonald house but we did not appreciate being bullied into doing so.
