We have had problems with our soakawaysystem, AC provided good advice for initial action. We employed them to carry this out. They were prompt and gave good feedback. Communications were excellent. No problems in using them again

The Aqua Cleansing engineer came to our house within hours of our call. He was very polite and extremely professional. He offered impartial advice and was genuinely trying to minimise cost to fix our septic tank system issue. I would highly recommend them.

We have a private sewage system and when it goes wrong you need HELP !!!! We tried our usual firm Mercia Drains. DId not get back to us for many days and the secretary was her usual disinterested terse self. Too late we said it's already been fixed. Aquacleanse answered the phone promptly, came out asap and were efficient in their work. The cost was more than reasonable and the service friendly and helpful. We FULLY recommend.

Emptied three septic tanks. Good to have a driver who knew his way around. Pity the office failed to notify me of impending arrival of lorry, if we had been out one tank would not have been accessible.

The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and even during these difficult times of quarantine, the driver was able to fit us in and empty our septic tank the next day. Great service!

Contacted them on a Friday at 1400 to empty an erupting septic tank and they came out before close of business which was more than anyone else was willing to do.Driver was excellent - professional and friendly.I highly recommend and I wouldn’t use anyone else again.
