Came to the shop just off Tottenham court road, was looking for some new knives for work, was served by a very nice guy (don’t want to get the name wrong so I included the picture. He was great, very professional and friendly, I was being very difficult and looking at lots of different knives, but he was patient and his knowledge was great, he could have quite easily kept pushing me to the more expensive knives, like a lot of sales people would do, but no. (I ended up buying the more expensive ones anyway). The knives from the shop are all fantastic, and the price range is very vast depending on what you want, i would highly recommend them to any chefs or aspiring chefs out there. 10/10

Amazing. Apart from the selection which range from super affordable to custom-made, the service is outstanding. They sharpened the new - cheap - knife I bought before popping it in its bag and they did not run it through a sharpener, but properly on stone before using a leather strop. And all three knives I picked up - £43 total - are made in Japan and stunning. Honestly, why go anywhere else but this delightful shop packed with knives and kitchen utensils and cookware.

I am a BESPOKE TAILOR by trade with many years experience in the Tailoring industry. I had a very expensive tailoring shars that I used daily for over twenty years, and recently i had an accident by dripping the shares on the floor for the very first time since been a tailor. Immediately the shares stop cutting and I was so concerned because I have tried to purchase a replacement of the same brand, however that particular model was discontinued. After several investigations researchers and queries, This Japanese knife company was recommended to me by a friend who works in thetailoring industry on Saville Row. I visited the shop with my damaged shares to see if they could help in restoring my share. The shares was handed over to the shop keeper and to my surprise within couple of hours I was contacted by a member of staff that it was ready to be picked up.I was overwhelmed with joy, I was so impressed with the performance / outcome with my Tailoring shars, it was totally restored to its original state and now it is cutting much better than when it was new. I would definitely recommend this company for ther expertise and professional approach in restoring my share. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I honestly cannot believe the customer service experience I have had purchasing a gift voucher from this company. I bought a £99 voucher to be delivered at a scheduled time in a few days from my purchase date with a personalised image. The day/time comes and goes with nothing sent to my recipient (for their birthday). I send a complaint that the voucher hasn't been sent to them, and receive a reply 3 days later which my recipient was CC'd to my complaint email and a generic reply Dear Customer

Very good experience :) quiet shop, clean and cozy. knives sharp as a razor and 100% made in Japan. I got a set of three 33 layers Damascus steel for an special gift plus a 3 layers gyuto for myself. Bhavin advised me of which ones to buy, how to sharpen and maintain them. I feel I got quality stuff so if I don't post again it means I'm very happy
