Jay came to look at a boiler that a tenant was having trouble with for me. He managed to get to the property at short notice and at a time that would suit the tenant. I had a follow up call after his visit, and a full written diagnosis and repair estimate the very next morning. Jay took the time to explain the faults, the work that was required and also explain the most cost effective solutions.The call out charge was refreshingly reasonable and I will most certainly be using him to do any future work. We had a leak on a very old boiler. Spoke to Jay who came around ASAP. Jay is very friendly, professional and reliable. Great communication and gets back very promptly. After much consideration and as a result of Jays honesty, experience and knowledge we are having a new boiler installed in the coming weeks. We have no doubt it will be fitted safely and to the highest of standards. We will continue to use Jay for all our gas/ plumbing needs and future renovation work. Highly recommend.

Jay is a top guy whom we first met just over 2 years ago, when we moved into the area, having bought a property where we knew the heating would need work. He took on the work when someone else didn't want it, initially coming out at short notice to fix a breakdown on the old system. He went on to install a new boiler and thermal store for a reasonable price. I agree with the other reviewers who say he is polite, flexible and happy to come back and sort out any snags.
