Beaumont Villa Surgery

Failing to book in my child's vaccinations despite several calls from myself as well as attendance in person. I appreciate that delays are going to happen, backlogs exist etc., But simply having an appointment date is all I'm asking for, even if it is in the distant future.

Trying to talk to a doctor is impossible. Can’t get through on the phone. I try to do the online consultation. You have to be online at 8am. Went on there this morning Monday 27th at 7:58am and it’s already saying that the online consultations are not available for that day and to try again on Tuesday 28th. This is why people end up going to A&E unnecessary, because they can’t see a GP, something that I would never do, but my non urgent problem might become urgent if it’s left too long.

The doctors themselves are fantastic but the reception staff are disgusting to the public. I had the phone put down on me multiple times, Iv had reception staff retrained due to telling my wife they don’t believe she’s losing her baby and refused an appointment. The receptionists mess up mental health medication every month for me my wife and eldest son, to the point I tried to end my life. Then when I called the receptionist was rude and put the phone down. Complaints don’t go anywhere anymore and the reception staff and surgery manager have attitude problems and are rotting an amazing doctors surgery to it’s core. Doctors are amazing but staff are a disgrace to the nhs

An hour on the phone listening to an automated voice telling me I'm number one in the queue but no one answers. If you do get through, they just tell you to try again tomorrow at 8am, and then the same thing happens. Impossible to see a doctor. If you're extremely lucky, you'll get 2 minutes on the phone to some doctor you've never met who knows nothing about you and can't help you. They say you can use e-consult, but when you try, it always says it's been suspended. There's just no way to contact a doctor at all. One star is more than they deserve.

I was at the surgery yesterday 11th/August. The staffs were very rude and unprofessional towards a family that had a newborn baby with them. The mother was feeding her baby using a bottle.I saw and heard one by one the staffs took turns, to tell this family to get out. The man told them it will only be 10 minutes, however the staffs did not respect this and continue telling them to go.I then told one of the staffs, please could you leave them alone she is feeding her newborn baby and it was really hot outside. She said they were very busy!There was only 4 people waiting including myself and the surgery is quite spacious. They were not taking anyones space or breaking any law.This just shows how unprofessional, uneducated and disrespectful this surgery is. The doctors are really nice however it seems like there is no one there to control or show these uneducated receptionist staffs some good customer service skills.If you are having a bad day, take a day off, don’t take it out on a mother that has no control over when her newborn baby gets hungry.

i wouldn't even give it a 1 star its that bad , pathfields is the worst medical group going! cant get an appointment, have to wait hours to speak to somebody, tell you to use the nhs app for script requests yet they cant even do the simple thing like actually action them , sick of it !!! terrible, if i showed up to work and worked at this performance , well i'd be out of the door.

Service is rubbish now, don't answer phone and the receptionist are rude and don't have any manners at all plus they think they run the surgery. Shame really when the receptionist tells youthere are other surgeries around "Years ago it was good a good surgery but do think your some of your reception staff need to retrained in the art of manners."

I've been with this surgery for 14 years and over this last year I've never seen it so bad for booking appointments or being seen by a doctor or nurse. Had a appointment book for 11am but waited for 40 mins and still wasn't seen. In the end had to leave because had to leave work to come for the appointment. I needed to have my blood taken and my b12 injection that I really need to have. It's a real shame because this use to be a lovely surgery but now it's joined to pathfierld it's a joke

My wife had very quick prescription sent out to be collected from pharmacy and had very exclent service and advise given from the Beaumont surgery . Thiey make sure they put their patient first exclent service and care to their patient.

I tried getting in contact for days with the surgery to book an appointment an was given a 30+ days waiting time. On the day of the appointment I was called just short of 2 hours and told that the nurse was unable to come in and best they can do is offer me another appointment in yet another 30+ days. This is not the only instance I had issues with the surgery....at this point I'm just in desperate need to turn to a private clinic because the NHS services seem to have become way too unreliable.
