After trying a few plumbers in Chepstow and after no ring backs after a few days, I rang Plumright. They came out three hours later and fixed the problem. I have used them before and have been able to do the jobs I needed doing.

We moved into a house with no central heating, and blocked pipes to boot. Thanks to Plumbright we now have a brand new boiler, radiators, glistening copper pipes, and a system that works perfectly, They even took out an ancient Parkray system, and had to work with the extra complications of our house being Grade 2 listed. The most professional and competent workers you can imagine, and really polite too.

New heating and bathroom updated. Every one was skilled and interested in the outcome for me, which is first class and finished to a standard better than a new build I just left. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind, the office were very helpful from day one.

I contacted Plumbright in the morning due to a leaky tap under the boiler. Such a quick, friendly response that resulted in an engineer coming out to me by 12pm that same day. Throughout I was kept up to date about time of arrival. The engineer was highly professional and friendly. He sorted the problem quickly and explained everything clearly to me. He even checked other parts. Would highly recommend and will be definitely be using again.

Excellent company. Within 24hours of contacting them we had a boiler installed, so appreciated as it was the coldest day of the year. Been using them every year for my boiler service, always reliable. Thanks to Richard and his team we are all snug and warm. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Used this company to service my oil boiler. The service was excellent, top engineer and customer service from the team at the office. I managed to get an appointment booked incredibly promptly and I now feel assured everything is in order and I will have a working boiler for this coming winter. Highly recommend using this company.

Need I say more. Serviced the boiler then problems a few weeks later. Sent in another heating engineer to find it needed to be re serviced. As you can see parts dirty! The sump also in the picture was superglued! Avoid avoid avoid. After paying for a service shocked to see photographs of dirty parts and had to pay over £400 to put the wrongs right. No matter how old a boiler is, this one 9 years old, it should be cleaned and serviced to decent standard. So so disappointing.

We had a new boiler and radiators installed and associated pipework updated. The engineer who initially inspected the old boiler explained clearly what the problems were, and the owner came to do a thorough review and confirmed what was needed to get the system back up and running. The job was then booked in and undertaken on the agreed date in a highly efficient manner. The engineers who undertook the work were extremely professional and did a great job. Customer service was excellent throughout the project, and after care service likewise excellent. We would thoroughly recommend Plumbright, which is one of the best plumbing and heating firms we have encountered, and will definitely use them again.
