AVOID at all costs. Choose another agent or rent your house yourself. He still hasn't chased up £3000 in rent arrears he should give since over a year! Highly unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

I came in contact with this company once I bought an apartment in Spain. They manage it for me know. I'm very happy with them doing so. They are very fast in response, manage it good and properly and Jane (owner) is a very friendly woman. I can really recommend this company.

A friend of mine rents a property from these guys and they charge her £20 for a £10 gas card and the same with the electric £20 for a £10 electric card apparently she can only get the cards from these agents just wondering is it illegal what they are doing charging people double the price claiming gas electric have gone up she is struggling now because paying £20 cash for £10 cards is only lasting her aweek or so.Please someone advise? I will contact advise centre Tomorrow.Thanks
